My stay at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston was a mix of excellent service and some disappointing moments. The location is superb and walking distance to shopping and dining. However, I encountered inconsistency with room availability which negatively impacted my overall experience. That said, the attentive staff and gorgeous amenities definitely made my stay nice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
